Thailand could face a serious wave of long Covid after the change in Covid-19 policy from Saturday, Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Medicine lecturer Thira Woratanarat posted on Facebook on Friday.
Long Covid clinics launch at nine Bangkok hospitals

People with symptoms of long Covid can now seek treatment at special clinics set up by the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) at nine hospitals in the city.
Some people who have been infected with Covid-19 can experience effects from their infection, known as post-Covid conditions (PCC) or long Covid. Current evidence suggests approximately 10%-20% of people experience a variety of effects after they recover from their initial illness.
